My works are observations about our fears and doubts, which are born in the gap between reality and fiction. The figurative paintings of canvases as "hindrances", which at first glance seem deceptively and soothingly explicit, actually take roles of unreliable narrators. The familiar images seen through the dusty glass of shop windows, window bars and reflections are repeatedly refracted and moved away from their originals. This is how we saw the world in our childhood - we were afraid of the everyday and found elements of a miracle in everything.
